JOB PURPOSE

Brands aren’t coming to us for safe bets or small optimisations. They’re asking:
How do we move culture, not just attention?
How do we grow when the category is flat and everyone’s shouting?
How do we turn creators into a real business driver, not a line item?

These aren’t problems you solve by tweaking last year’s plan. They demand connected thinking across culture, creativity, data, and media – and the confidence to make moves before they’re obvious.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Campaign Delivery – Utilise your expertise to ensure seamless, high‑impact influencer campaign delivery. Track and optimise campaigns for strong client returns.
* Client Roadmap Development – Strategically shape and evolve the client roadmap, nurturing long‑term relationships while identifying reactive opportunities.
* Senior Client Relationships – Own and deepen senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point and providing regular engagement to support Client Service & Creative teams in account growth strategies.
* Collaboration – Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the influencer product across business functions.
* Process Implementation – Develop, implement, and refine guidelines and resource planning to enhance operational efficiency where necessary. Collaborate with leadership to address team challenges as they arise.
* SOW Management – Support wider teams to define accurate, profitable SOWs.
* Team Development – Support and develop your direct reports (3), fostering a positive and productive team environment.
* Market Knowledge – Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, encompassing different platforms, influencer tiers, content formats, and ROI measurement.
* Data Analysis Expertise – Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive strategic decisions, ensuring insights are effectively communicated and leveraged for future initiatives.
* Reporting Proficiency – Strong reporting skills focused on influencer metrics, providing actionable insights that inform clients and elevate campaign success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* 4+ years of influencer campaign execution and proven experience managing at least two direct reports.
* Agency experience is essential for this role.
* Demonstrable track record of creating and implementing high‑performing influencer marketing campaigns.
* Ability to understand and leverage collaboration opportunities with other business lines.
* A natural problem solver with a proactive approach to client solutions.
* Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator who prioritises quality work and a positive work environment.
* Passionate about developing influencer team knowledge.
* Immediate start availability is highly preferred.

WE OFFER

* A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).
* An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies.
* Pension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.
* 26 days paid holiday (plus UK Bank Holidays).
* Refreshments in the office all week, and drinks at 4 pm on a Thursday.
* Help getting you to work with a season ticket loan and cycle‑to‑work scheme.
* Enhanced family‑friendly policies to support new parents.
* Social and cultural events, and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.
* Inspirational talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.
* Learning and development opportunities to support your growth.
* Buddy programme: you will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks at DEPT®.
* A reputation for doing good – DEPT® has been a Certified B Corp® since 2021 and named Agency of the Year at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
* Awesome clients – from local to global, across all industries.
* The opportunity for possibility – training, development, and certifications.
* Global annual DEPT® Cares Month where employees donate their skills to support local charities.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

At DEPT® we take pride in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We actively seek to recruit, develop, nurture, and retain talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varying skills and perspectives.

Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide! Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend not to apply for jobs when they think they may not meet every requirement, when in fact they do. We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to shine.

We also encourage you to reach out to us and discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you throughout the recruitment process and your time with us.
