The main part of the estate consists of a large main house, 2 staff houses, 2 let properties, a shooting lodge, barns and stables- all within 25 acres of paddocks and formal gardens. Currently being maintained by a handyman and four gardeners.
Excitingly this year the maintenance role has expanded to manage the upkeep of 2 new properties, which are approximately 2 miles from the main residence and the candidate will be expected to work across multiple sights as desired.
Some of the general maintenance tasks that are carried out involve beekeeping, farmyard animal caretaking, pool cleaning, jet washing patios, car maintenance, filling log stores. However, repairs and renovations require a candidate who is proficient at using a range of hand and power tools. Small maintenance jobs could involve woodwork, painting or welding.
