We are looking for an experienced M&E Recruitment Resourcer to join a thriving team specialising in blue-collar contract roles across the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector.
If you've already worked in recruitment or resourcing, especially within construction, engineering, or M&E trades, this is your chance to build on that experience, learn from high-billing recruiters, and take your career to the next level.
The Role
You'll be sourcing and engaging skilled M&E trades across the contractor market, supporting both candidates and consultants. Every day, you'll connect with blue-collar talent across the UK, including:
* Pipefitters
* Pipe Welders
* Site Welders (MMA / FCAW / TIG)
* Installation / Approved Electricians
* Electrical Improvers
* Mechanical Fitters
* Electrical & Mechanical Mates
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and select candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and adverts
* Conduct interviews and match candidates to the right M&E contract roles
* Write compelling job adverts that stand out in a competitive market
* Build long-term candidate relationships, providing support throughout the process
* Share market intelligence to help spot new opportunities and trends
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a recruitment resourcer or consultant, ideally within M&E, construction, or engineering
* Confidence in candidate engagement and interview processes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
