They have a new and pivotal opportunity for a Head of eCommerce & Performance Marketing, to join there expanding SLT, tasked to scale their eCommerce unit, focusing on new customer acquisition, retention across both B2B and DTC.
Background of the Head of eCommerce and Performance Marketing role:-
You will manage all agencies, with the intention of developing a growing an internal team, taking responsibility for all aspects of the eCommerce function and with a keen eye on their personal development and progression. You will be responsible for all aspects of the eCommerce business, including effective customer acquisition, customer engagement, revenues and new routes to market. Working closely with the CEO & product team and operations you will optimise product ranges to meet customer demand and identify new categories to broaden our base and customer reach.
