We are now seeking a motivated, results-driven Telesales Lead Generator & Manager to take charge of this exciting new venture. Role Overview This is a dual-role opportunity where you will generate new leads through outbound calls while also taking the lead in building and managing a telesales team. Youll play a key part in establishing processes, training staff, and hitting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation. Convert warm leads into sales opportunities. Develop and implement telesales scripts and sales strategies. Recruit, train, and manage telesales agents as the team grows. Monitor team performance and set clear KPIs/targets. Report on sales activity, results, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with company leadership to help shape and grow the call centre. What Were Looking For Proven telesales or lead generation experience. Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets. Previous experience in a team leader or manager role (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ambition to help grow a new call centre from the ground up.
