THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE
As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment, carrying out preventative maintenance and urgent repairs to minimise downtime and support continuous operations across the site.
Pay:£45,000.00 per year
Shifts:
* PANAMA Shift 6am to 6pm /6pm to 6am 3 on 2 off
* Full rota provided in advance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedule and documentation standards
2. Respond quickly to plant and production breakdowns, prioritising urgent issues
3. Repair equipment efficiently to minimise downtime and support production flow
4. Maintain a clean and safe engineering workshop and uphold site safety practices
