Waiter/Waitress /Bar staff

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Waiter's/Waitress's/Bar to join our dynamic team at Masons Arms. You will provide excellent customer service in a friendly, and relaxed gastro pub environment. As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
* Take, prepare and deliver beverage orders accurately and promptly.
* Take food orders accurately, promptly and deliver to customers.
* Ensure all orders are served with attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
* Manage multiple tables and customer requests efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
* Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Clear and relay tables for new customers in a timely manner.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring the correct change is given when required.
* Uphold health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation procedures.
* Assist with opening and closing duties, depending on shift requirements.
* Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
* A passion for food, drinks, and providing excellent service.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Please note: The pub is not on a bus route therefore you must be able to drive or reliably commute to our remote location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
