Title: Customer Service Assistant Manager

Contract Type: 12‑Month FTC, Full Time, 35 hours

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts from 8:00am to 18:00pm

Salary: £37,573 to £41,541 per annum (Regional salary)

Grade: 8

Reporting Office: Nexus House, Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Closing Date: 28th May 2026

Interviews will be held over MS Teams during the week commencing 8th June
