Role Overview
The Home Care PMO & Plan Excellence Manager leads portfolio and planning excellence initiatives across liquid Home Care sites, with a strong focus on Port Sunlight. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver material‑saving projects and drive planning transformation across the network.
Key responsibilities
* Lead planning and project execution to deliver key KPIs (cost, service, inventory, obsoletes, production performance).
* Manage the material‑savings project portfolio across liquid Home Care sites, with emphasis on PSL.
* Serve as the central interface between Marketing, R&D, Procurement Operations, Quality, Sourcing Sites, and P&I.
* Ensure implementation plans are aligned with all KPI requirements.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across functions and sites.
* Develop and deliver the three‑year planning transformation masterplan for PSL.
* Lead planning improvement initiatives to support long‑term strategic objectives.
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Engineering.
Strong project management capability with excellent analytical skills.
Effective communicator able to build strong relationships at all levels, including with remote teams.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and data analysis.
Experience in supply chain operations, planning, or project management is valued.
Strong organisational awareness and strategic influencing skills.
Understanding of finance within a manufacturing context.
