What we are looking for
Donalds Garage (Ipswich Mazda) are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of our fantastic brand partners.
The role
* Manage, motivate and provide leadership to the team of two service advisors and six technicians.
* Ensure customer satisfaction is of the highest standards which is reflected in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score
* Maintain and develop a good working relationship with the manufacturer and ensure the dealership meets all required compliance
* Use your exceptional attention-to-detail to monitor all departmental KPI's to ensure personal and dealership targets are met whilst delivering excellent profitability.
* Have the ambition and drive to want to be the top performing dealership in every competing category
* Balance empowerment, empathy and encouragement to ensure your team are happy, motivated and productive at all times.
* Pay equal attention to both existing customer retention and be innovative and adaptive to attract conquest business.
Your profile
* Must have at least two years existing Automotive Management experience,
* Be self-motivated and have exceptional communicative skills.
* Must have a full UK driving licence
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 and every other Saturday, 08:30 to 12:00
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, including bonus
