Salary: £35,000£45,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £60k)
Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

What Were Looking For:
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with mortgage advising experience
* Confident communicator, able to advise clients face-to-face and over the phone
* Skilled at assessing financial needs and recommending the right mortgage or protection product
* Motivated, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
* Conduct consultations both in person and remotely
* Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring smooth case progression
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional partners
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
