Key Requirements:
1. Foundation degree in health and social care or Nursing Associate qualification
2. Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
3. Ability to work flexibly across shifts from 7am to 7pm, including weekends and some bank holidays

Additional Information:
This role involves working in a multicultural community with complex healthcare needs. You will be involved in treatment, advice, and teaching within your professional competence, contributing to service improvement and local strategies.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent, Care Certificate, relevant short courses, Foundation degree, or Nursing Associate qualification
* Experience in health or social care, preferably in a community setting
* Knowledge of health and safety, risk assessment, and basic IT skills
* Skills in phlebotomy, wound care, pressure area care, and catheter care are desirable
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure
* Willingness to develop professionally and contribute positively to the team
