We are looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our office. This role combines essential administrative duties with responsibility for invoicing, office facilities coordination, and front-of-house reception tasks. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and provides excellent service to colleagues and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Administration Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

Track payments, maintain invoice logs, and support credit control where needed.

Assist with processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and expense claims.

Reception Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers.

Support with the main phone line, respond to queries, and direct calls/emails appropriately when needed.

Facilities Support Liaise with building management and external contractors (cleaners, maintenance, etc.).

Support with organising meeting rooms, office equipment, and general workplace upkeep.

Assist with minor health & safety tasks, such as maintaining records or reporting issues.

About You Previous experience in office administration, invoicing, or reception duties.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial documents.

Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.

Highly organised, able to prioritise, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
