Paramount Students, an innovative platform dedicated to simplifying the pursuit of higher education for students worldwide, is hiring a strategic and dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team on a voluntary basis. The CCO will play a key role in shaping Paramount Students’ commercial strategy, fostering institutional and dormitory partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This voluntary position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to a high-impact student-focused organization while gaining invaluable experience in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives that align with Paramount Students’ vision, focusing on revenue growth and service expansion.
· Oversee Institutional Partnerships with universities and educational institutions, as well as Dormitory Partnerships with Scholar's Glen—ideally someone with experience in student housing or the real estate sector.
· Build and maintain relationships with education providers, housing partners, and international student networks to enhance Paramount Students' offerings.
· Identify and pursue new market opportunities that align with Paramount Students’ mission, ensuring accessibility to high-quality education and housing worldwide.
· Guide partnership development efforts, supporting the teams responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with institutions and dormitory partners.
· Strengthen connections with key stakeholders, including universities, student housing providers, and industry influencers.
· Work closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure commercial efforts support Paramount Students’ strategic objectives.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in commercial strategy, partnerships, or market expansion, preferably within the education, student housing, or real estate sectors.
* Strong ability to develop scalable commercial models that drive growth while maintaining affordability and accessibility for students.
* A well-established network within higher education, student housing, or institutional partnerships is highly desirable.
* Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve commercial success.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships.
* Comfortable navigating a fast-evolving startup environment with a passion for improving access to education and student housing.
