Our Supervisors play a key role in creating awelcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers comingback. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop-floor operations.
What you'll do:
* Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
* Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.
* Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
* Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store
Who you'll be:
* Engaging withexcellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facingenvironment.
* Focused andtake pride in the work you do with our customers.
* Able todemonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognisetheir needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
* Ideallyexperienced in a customer facing environment.
