We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Travel & Tourism to join our Business, Leisure & Tourism team.
The successful candidate willcontribute to thedeliveryof abrilliantstudent experiencefor learners across a range of Travel and Tourismcourses, including aviation,with a focus on developing learners ready for their next steps and in turn achievement of their qualifications.
As a Lecturer inTravel & Tourism, you willteach across a range of coursesacross ourprovisionand, as part of a team of specialists,contribute to the development and organisation of the curriculum. Experience of teaching aviation and/or cabin crew would be desirable.
We areseeking a dynamic and experienced individual with enthusiasm for teaching and learning. The successful applicant will beprofessional with high standardsandfully committed to ensuring our students achieve their full potential, helping them along their learner journey.
As a Lecturer inTravel & Tourism, you should:
-Hold a degree in Travel & Tourism or another related subject and/or relevant industry experience
- Hold GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 in Maths and English or level 2 equivalent as a minimum
- Experience of working with 16–18 year olds, ideally in a teaching capacity
- Experience as a teacher/lecturer in Business or a similar qualification
