The Customer Onboarding Specialist ensures new and existing customers have a smooth and efficient experience when setting up and managing their podOS stores. This role combines first-line customer support with hands-on technical tasks such as store builds, product catalogue management, and data transfers. You will be the first point of contact for customer issues, resolving them quickly or escalating where necessary, while also taking ownership of store setup and product data accuracy. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving.
