This is a true generalist role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a smaller, fast-paced team. You'll be jumping into a warm, collaborative environment and making a real difference across the full employee lifecycle .
?? Key Focus Areas:
Lead on recruitment coordination - from guiding managers to onboarding new hires
Payroll admin - monthly updates, data management, and liaising with the provider
Provide first-line HR advice across the team
Support on HRIS, contracts, lifecycle processes, and ad hoc queries
Be a steady hand for the team's shared inbox and internal stakeholders
? What We're Looking For:
Solid generalist HR experience - ideally in a smaller or start-up environment
Confident handling payroll data and liaising with providers
Familiar with UK employment law & HR best practices
