As a Leader, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. But that's not all - at Pret, we invest in your growth!
