Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Valuer based in our Sale branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of £32,000.
Let's Talk About The Role, It Involves
* Assisting the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
* Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production
* Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock
* Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
* Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings
* Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
* Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets
* Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
