Your Role:
As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you will:
Lead global pay equity and HR compliance programmes, collaborating with teams across the organisation.
Partner with Legal and internal teams to identify compliance requirements and propose effective business solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Dive deep into data to identify trends and validate data quality, transforming complex compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
Communicate effectively at all levels, preparing and presenting project summaries to senior leaders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and best practises.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will possess:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, equal employment/pay equity compliance, or compensation programmes.
Strong data-driven and business writing skills, enabling effective communication of complex information.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree or equivalent.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to optimise processes.
