We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Manchester. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation.


Responsibilities

* Work closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
* Liaise with operational teams for support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
* Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
* Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
* Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should

* Have proven experience working in the wealth management industry.
* Have experience supporting Financial Advisors through end-to-end processes.
* Have experience dealing with HNW clients.
* Possess knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, Pensions, GIA, Offshore and Onshore bonds.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
* Be able to plan workload effectively and display excellent organizational skills.
* Use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
