Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Stellar Haus sells beautiful lights and homewares to retail stores through Australasia and Mish Fundraising supplies fun products to non-profits in Aotearoa. The two are run by a small hard working team that like to work hard and time our coffee and lunches together where possible. Spring and summer seasons get super busy so we invite upbeat, light loving people to help us deliver and maintain great customer service.
Qualifications & experience
* Competent on a computer - MS Office/Google suite at a minimum.
* Comfortable and friendly phone manner.
* Clear command of English - ka pai hoki te reo rangatira!
* Previous Customer service and administration experience preferred
* CRM, Inventory and Xero experience advantageous
* Full NZ drivers license
Tasks & responsibilities
* Support customers with orders and enquiries by phone and email.
* Record and enter sales and shipment data.
* General administrative tasks to support colleagues.
* Website maintenance support
* Friendly and collaborative small team environment.
