We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie at Woodlands Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Woodlands Park Hotel is a stunning country house hotel set in landscaped grounds and gardens, with an AA 4 Star rating, 57 bedrooms, a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, conference and event spaces, and a bar.
Responsibilities
* Run a busy section and cook to a high standard.
* Share knowledge and mentor junior chefs as part of a supportive kitchen team.
* Demonstrate skill across kitchen tasks, from filleting to frying, and contribute to creating high-quality dishes that wow guests.
About You / Qualifications
* Current base knowledge and experience in a quality-driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities; able to support different areas of the kitchen as needed.
* Ability to impart knowledge to junior team members.
* Curious about current trends and a desire to learn the next big thing.
* High emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver Hand Picked experiences.
* Ability to demonstrate how to meet our guest experience standards and go above and beyond to create memorable, personalized experiences.

* Competitive salary package of £16.07 per hour plus a share of service charge.
* Full-time role, 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota, 40 hours per week (may vary with business needs).
