Great to be working with this Gloucestershire based client again who are looking for an HR Business Partner for their European operations.
Working closely with the HR Director, EU stakeholders and HR colleagues, this role combines strategic and operational HR responsibility in line with the People Plan & Strategy including:
* Leading and project managing on all people-related activity
* Strong focus on employee relations, employment law and work councils, consulting closely on employment matters across (Western) European geographies
* Support the delivery of people change initiatives
* Support and development of the talent framework
* Collaboration with Resourcing, Talent and People Operations
* Coaching of Managers
Ideally you will have broad generalist HR experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure or knowledge of working within Europe and EU employment law. You must be fluent in French, German or Dutch. The company offers a hybrid working policy with 2 or 3 days in the office.
