About this role: This is a 3 month temporary role, with the potential to become a permanent position, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience. The Trading Executive will report to the Head of Trading. This position operates on a hybrid basis, with two days per week spent at head office for team collaboration and the remainder can be worked remotely. The Trading Executive is a highly supportive, detail-driven role working across both D2C and Trade ecommerce channels. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the websites, maintaining high standards of product data accuracy, onsite merchandising, operational communication, and internal processes. Acting as a central support function for ecommerce, this role works closely with teams across the business to ensure clear communication and smooth execution. With a strong attention to detail, the Trading Executive ensures that product information, delivery messaging, merchandising and workflows are accurately implemented, maintained and that all products are represented correctly and consistently onsite. With a strong operational focus, the Trading Executive helps ensure the right product is presented to the right customer, systems are reliable, and internal processes are clearly documented and continuously improved. About your key responsibilities: Product Data & PIM Management (D2C & Trade) Own day-to-day management of PIM, ensuring product data, imagery, naming conventions and categorisation are accurate and aligned to agreed standards. Manage seasonal product releases to Shopify, including tagging, filters, colour pickers and product relationships. Work closely with NPD to ensure accurate handovers and timely launches. Conduct regular audits between PIM and live sites, resolving discrepancies where required. Support onsite imagery & Data updates. Onsite Merchandising & Site Maintenance (D2C & Trade) Maintain and optimise collections, category pages and seasonal functionality (e.g. Shop the Collection, Product Selector) across D2C and Trade. Manage product visibility and ordering to ensure relevance, availability and a clear customer journey. Conduct daily site checks, resolving or escalating issues including filters, links, copy updates, archived product redirects and minor bugs Trade & ID Merch Management Oversee SparkLayer product and customer sync, investigating and resolving flagged errors. Create and manage ID customer accounts and support the Prospect Customer initiative in collaboration with Sales & Digital Teams. Act as ecommerce point of contact for Trade-related website queries and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Site Operations & Internal Support Manage the shared ecommerce inbox and Monday.com Product Support board, responding to cross-functional queries including staff discounts, discount codes and onsite updates. Escalate issues where required and ensure clear communication across teams. Delivery, Pre-Order & Operational Messaging Maintain delivery matrix across D2C and Trade and onsite messaging in collaboration with Ops. Act as point of contact for delivery app updates and amendments. Support accurate pre-order management in line with stock levels and incoming PO’s. Workflow, Development & Reporting Support Create and maintain workflows within Arigato and Shopify Flow to support automation and internal notifications and workflows. Support testing and QA of D2C and Trade developments prior to release. About your skills and knowledge: Strong attention to detail Strong Excel skills Experience working within Shopify and ecommerce platforms is preferred.
