As a Kitchen Assistant, you will receive following benefits : Great rates of pay with 10% enhancement at weekends Profit share bonus scheme Excellent induction programme Excellent training and development opportunities Rewards scheme Retail discounts Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Uniform provided Responsibilities and duties for the Kitchen Assistant role are: To be on duty as required by the duty rota To comply with Bristol Care Homes policies and procedures To ensure that all kitchen tasks are done to the required standard Kitchen to be left clean and tidy at all times Ensure that all Health & Safety regulations are met when using kitchen equipment. Keep clean all work surfaces in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Complete any cleaning tasks that are on the cleaning rota. At the end of the shift ensure that all the rubbish is taken out Hours: Working a mix of earlies (9am to 3pm) and lates (1pm to 7pm) Every other weekend as part of rota Pay: As an employee (Age 21 years ) you will earn Salary: 12.60 per hour 10% enhancements for any weekend hours 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
