The main responsibility of a care support worker is to ensure the needs of the client are met. This can often involve helping them to get ready for the day, administering medication or helping with general household jobs. The care should always be person-centred to uphold high quality standards.
You will be trained by our friendly full time trainers and then shadowed into your new home care role, learning to support our clients with varied home-help and home-health requirements such as assistance to prepare meals and drinks, shopping, medication, laundry tasks, light housework, simple health care tasks such as creams, circulation stockings, application of patches, recording activity in calls using our Pass for Care app, social interaction with clients, assistance to the bathroom and toilet - basically ensuring that our clients receive the personal care they require to be able to maintain their independence and dignity whilst living at home comfortably and safely.

Requirements:

-Must hold a full UK driving licence.
