Lettings Administrator/Negotiator\n\nLocation: On-Site, Swindon\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (day off in lieu provided)\nContract: Permanent, Full-Time\n Salary: £27,300.00 per annum\n\nAre you passionate about property?\n\nAre you looking to develop your career in the lettings industry?\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Lettings Administrator/Negotiator. This role is ideal for a proactive and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct Rental Viewings:\n Engage with prospective tenants by conducting informative and welcoming rental viewings. Present properties in the best light and answer potential tenant queries to secure successful lettings.\n\n * Complete Property Inventories and Checkouts:\n Carry out detailed property inventories and checkouts, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Document property conditions and liaise with landlords and tenants to manage expectations and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.\n\n * Carry Out Routine Property Inspections:\n Perform regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance with tenancy agreements. Provide comprehensive reports to landlords and ensure any issues are addressed promptly.\n\n * Support Rental Administration Tasks:\n Assist the team with a variety of administrative duties, including processing tenancy agreements, managing tenant and landlord communications, and updating property listings. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed systematically.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Full, Clean UK Driving Licence:\n Essential for conducting property visits and inspections across Swindon.\n\n * Previous Office Administration Experience:\n Proven experience in an administrative role is essential to handle the varied tasks within the lettings process efficiently.\n\n * Strong Communication and Organisational Skills:\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.\n\n * Team Player and Independent Worker:\n Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
