The Role
As a Consultant within The BM Properties, you’ll operate under a self-employed, commission-based structure with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity. This is a rare opportunity to build your own business while aligning with a globally recognised brand. Your core responsibilities will include:
Expanding your real estate business within your local market and beyond
Acting as a trusted consultant to clients in prime residential areas
Securing new luxury lettings instructions
Managing your own lettings business development pipeline
Collaborating with our international offices and partner network
Delivering exceptional service and client care
Letting and selling properties already listed with The BM Properties

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
Deep interest in the luxury property market
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
A proactive, self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
Outgoing and professional demeanour
A team player who’s keen to network and grow within a collaborative environment
Experience with luxury or prime property is a plus
Location
Opportunities are available across London and the UK, with full flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity. You’ll also have access to our international offices for client meetings and networking.
