Payroll Administrator 📍 London - Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 days home 💰 £35,000 Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities * Process end-to-end monthly payrolls for permanent and casual employees * Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory legislation * Process maternity, sickness, paternity, shared parental leave, and other absences * Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for BACS authorisation * Produce payslips, P45s, P60s, and support P11D processing * Ensure compliance with PAYE, RTI submissions, and pension auto-enrolment * Administer employee benefits including private medical and cycle to work schemes * Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner * Support payroll system upgrades and legislative updates * Produce payroll reports for internal stakeholders * Support payroll projects and wider team initiatives The Ideal Candidate * 2+ years’ payroll experience within a medium or large organisation * Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance * Experience processing end-to-end payroll * Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills * Experience with payroll systems (Resourcelink desirable) * Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines * Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills * Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team...
