Customer Service Advisor Location: Carlisle Contract: Temporary to Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm Salary: Up to £25,970 per annum NXT Recruitment is supporting a fast-paced, well-established business in Carlisle that is looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to its growing team. Youll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels, manage orders, solve problems, and keep everything moving. Its about balancing pace with accuracy while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service. Youll work closely with internal teams, support sales activity, and help ensure customers feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
