The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to deliver high-quality administrative support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting financial processes, maintaining systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will maintain an excellent level of service and professionalism. Your role will be varied and rewarding!

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings a strong administrative background. You’ll need:

* Experience in office systems, reception duties, and customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly across teams
* Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. Data Protection, FOI, Health & Safety)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Initiative, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience of supporting large meetings
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Commitment to equal opportunities and continuous professional development


Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote working and office attendance, based on business needs. Flexibility is essential.
