Salary: £45,921 - £56,874 (including allowances)
Location: Cardiff - Hybrid or Remote

What You'll Do:
* Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with development teams, leading, supporting, and mentoring team members.
* Build & Maintain: Develop and sustain infrastructure that enables rapid and reliable deployment and innovation.
* Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with development teams, providing technical support and mentoring graduates.
* Innovate & Optimize: Identify process optimization opportunities and implement cutting-edge solutions.
* Security & Standards: Design secure solutions and uphold modern development standards.
Key Skills We're Looking For:
* AWS Cloud Technology & CI/CD Tooling: Expert-level skills in AWS, Concourse, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
* Containerization & Microservices: Practitioner-level experience with Docker, Microservice, and Serverless Architecture.
Coaching and mentoring team members
Would be great if you had:
* Programming & Integration: Working knowledge of Java, NodeJS, Python, and integration testing activities.
