Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to elevate your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a fantastic, independent consultancy based in London.
The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work across diverse portfolios, including residential, commercial, and public sector projects. You'll deliver a broad range of services, from project management and contract administration to building pathology and technical advisory work. This role offers the chance to manage high-profile projects and develop trusted client relationships in a cooperative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct building surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence.
2. Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Prepare specifications, tender documents, and schedules of work.
4. Provide expert advice on building regulations, planning applications, and sustainability initiatives.
