Key Responsibilities
* Motivate the team and lead by example
* Assist the F & B Manager with smooth department operations
* Deliver and support training to team members, developing their skills and knowledge
* Maintain a visible presence in the outlet to respond promptly to customer requests and complaints
* Handle guest complaints in a friendly, efficient manner ensuring satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
* Continuously improve service knowledge and best practice delivery
* Uphold company operating procedures and hotel standards
* Possess strong knowledge of hotel products, F & B and auditing procedures
* Ensure the department is prepared for business and forthcoming service days
* Communicate and cooperate with all departments
* Maintain high personal hygiene and presentation standards within the team
* Adhere to all Health & Safety / Food Safety compliance; report hazards, accidents, loss or damage to management
