Job Description
Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Private PA to CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate is highly organised and discreet, able to provide private support as well as some business support as needed. This will include managing diary, social calendar, appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. Also, assistance with worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, household management and errand running, along with office administrative duties. This is a fast-paced role that requires some flexibility, with occasional travel within the UK or overseas.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain confidentiality and follow policies/procedures.
* Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, communication with clients, and meeting documentation.
* Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of CEO.
* Arrange business and personal travel, including transport and accommodation.
* Manage home bills, payments, and property maintenance.
* Attend meetings and take accurate notes.
* Collate and file CEO expenses.
* Perform basic sales analysis on Excel/Sage.
* Perform general office administration.
* Provide personal assistance with household tasks and errands.

This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, 8.00 - 17.00,
Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire
Driving license required, use of your own car.
