Your job will involve:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers
* Owning and shaping the Network Operations area making sure network, systems, incidents and other areas are resolved efficiently
* Manage / report on SLA's
* Act as the escalation point for serious incidents
For this role you should have:
* Proven track record in managing a Network Operations team.
* Global team collaboration experience
* Strong technical background in networking and infrastructure services.
* Excellent communication skills.
