We’re hiring: Screen Clinical Pharmacist (Northern Ireland)
We’re looking for a Pharmacist to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in primary care by supporting medicines optimisation and improving patient outcomes
About the role
You’ll use your clinical expertise to support patients through structured medicines reviews and clinical services, including asthma and COPD reviews, and wider chronic disease management support.
Whether you’re experienced in primary care or looking to move into it, full training and support will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering face-to-face respiratory reviews (asthma & COPD)
* Supporting safe and effective medicines optimisation in primary care
* Contributing to a range of clinical services across chronic disease areas
* Working in line with clinical guidelines and the NI Formulary

Who we’re looking for
* Qualified pharmacist with PSNI registration
* Full UK driving licence + access to a car
* Newly qualified, experienced, or return-to-practice pharmacists are all welcome to apply
