Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Housing Sector
Job Role:
1. Report writing skills using T-SQL or similar languages (PL/SQL, MySQL, etc.)
2. Ability to utilise data visualisation software to present reports to users — ideally SQL Server Reporting Services, but experience with similar tools such as Business Objects, QlikView, Power BI, or Infomaker is acceptable
3. Proficiency in Excel to handle data and extrapolate information using formulas and pivot tables
4. Experience working with sensitive and confidential data
5. Skills in collaborating with non-technical staff to create report specifications, transforming requests into comprehensive outputs, and managing expectations during report development
6. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
Desirable:
* Previous experience with normalized databases
* Skills using SQL to create and manage views, stored procedures, and functions
* Previous experience in the Housing sector
* Experience with Power BI
* Ability to work with system suppliers during times requiring 3rd line support
* Experience working with stakeholders to report on and monitor key performance indicators
