Job Summary
At BioPure Technology Ltd, part of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS), we engineer fluid management solutions that power life-saving and life-enhancing industries—from biopharma and water treatment to food and beverage. We’re looking for a QA Technician to support our WMArchitect single-use assembly products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting WMArchitect assembly operations with issue resolution and process monitoring.
* Leading or assisting in root cause investigations and reviewing corrective actions.
* Creating and maintaining documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Performing statistical analysis on quality deviations to support improvement projects.
* Supporting CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities to address systemic issues.
* Collaborating with Quality Control Technicians to resolve product defects.
* Reviewing and approving external test reports and escalating concerns to the Validation team.
* Promoting a culture of quality across WMArchitect and related departments.
* Assisting with customer compliance requests and regulatory/validation data.
* Managing non-conformances and supporting internal/external audits.
Skills/Experience (Qualifications)
* Proven experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences (biopharma, pharma, or medical devices).
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality management systems (highly desirable).
* Experience with Root Cause Analysis and CAPA processes.
* Internal Audit training (Lead Auditor certification preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience with Microsoft AX ERP and TrackWise eQMS systems (a plus).
