Job Title: Patient Pathway Central Support Officer
We are seeking a Patient Pathway Central Support Officer to assist in delivering an efficient, high-quality medical records service within the Long Term and Unscheduled Care Directorate. This role is vital in ensuring safe patient care through effective administration of outpatient bookings and patient pathway management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely administrative support for outpatient bookings and patient pathways.
* Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain excellent communication skills, including telephone manner.
* Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering quality service.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:
* Efficient, caring, and proactive approach.
* Understanding of confidentiality in healthcare settings.
