What You Will Do:
* Fit and assemble machine component parts, showcasing your precision and attention to detail.
* Install hydraulic components and pipework on machines, enhancing functionality and performance.
* Conduct machine setting and testing duties, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.
* Interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics, translating technical documents into actionable tasks.
* Utilize manual and power tools effectively, maintaining safety and efficiency.
* Engage in daily Toolbox talks, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
What You Will Bring:
* A recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent NVQ level 3 qualification.
* Proficient use of engineering hand tools, portable power tools, and basic machine tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A thorough understanding of general arrangement and detailed drawings, as well as hydraulic schematics.
* A positive attitude towards Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Procedures.
