Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic International Sales Executive to join our team, transforming business opportunities into global success stories!

Responsibilities:
* As our International Sales Executive, you will be the engine driving our international growth. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with clients across a diverse international landscape.
* Jet-Set for Success: Travel to international events, conferences, and client locations to represent our brand, conduct high-stakes presentations, and solidify critical business partnerships.
* Pipeline Architect: Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sales campaigns (outbound calls, email, networking, connection campaigns) to build a robust, global pipeline.
* Cultural Connector: Leverage your international background and linguistic skills to truly understand client needs, navigating cultural nuances to build deep, trust-based relationships.
* End-to-End Deal Closure: Own the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our global clientele.
* Stay sharp on international market trends and competitive dynamics to pinpoint new avenues for exponential business growth.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in English + at least one additional language (ideally German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Thai, Koren, Japanese)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account amangement, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
* Experience managing clients on an international level, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
* Proficiency using CRMs, Google Workspace specifically Google Sheets/Excel.
