About the Job
This is a senior, client-facing finance leadership role with responsibility for overseeing financial operations across multiple sensistive service lines. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence while maintaining financial accuracy. The role also plays a pivotal part in driving process improvements, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading and developing a finance team.
Duties will include:
1. Overseeing financial records and ensuring accuracy across all ledgers
2. Managing reconciliations for client and company-held funds
3. Ensuring billing and recharges are completed in line with agreements
4. Monitoring and improving financial processes, controls, and compliance
5. Reviewing foreign exchange activity to reduce cost exposure
6. Building strong relationships with clients and external financial partners
7. Supporting pricing proposals and contributing to new business opportunities
8. Leading the billing function, ensuring timely and consistent invoicing
9. Analysing financial data, including margins and credit notes
10. Producing budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports for senior leadership
11. Supporting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
12. Driving system improvements and implementing new financial tools
13. Managing, mentoring, and developing finance team members
