Colaren Homes Ltd are looking for a part time sales advisor to join our team, based at our showhouse in Mintlaw. Hours of work will be 3 days 9am – 5pm.
Sales experience preferable but is not essential as full training will be given.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Meeting with clients and assessing their particular needs
Securing reservations and liaising with site agents and solicitors throughout the build
Design and complete clients floor plans and assist with kitchen and bathroom designs with suppliers
Answering telephone and general administration
