Brook Street is working with a growing client that is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully on-site based Mon-Thu 8-4.30 with early finishes on Fridays.
Main duties:
To support Customer Care function.
To handle customer complaints and issues.
To support Sales Administration and order processing.
To ensure H&S compliance.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Experience in Customer Support
IT Skills - Microsoft proficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
