Job Title: Art Teacher – Secondary School

Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students and encourage creativity across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons
* Encourage creativity through a variety of artistic techniques
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Support coursework and portfolio development
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to the wider Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Art in secondary schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for creative education
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
