Pay range: £28,629.00 per annum plus pension and company benefits
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota; 7am - 5pm Monday-Friday, 8am - 12pm Saturday
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our PaintWell store in Droitwich. Providing exceptional customer service, you will play a vital part in keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't required; great customer service and teamwork skills will be developed.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, delivering on our reputation for quality Brewers service
* Use product knowledge to recommend best product for customers
* Mix paint, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
* Develop sales of the Company product range including wallpaper, paint and fabric
* Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and provide comprehensive service
* Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
* Assists with stock maintenance in the branch
* Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Approachable, friendly personality
* Team player, also can work independently
* Willing to attend training to become Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within industry
* Previous retail experience or product knowledge advantageous but not essential; full training will be given
