SEMH Tutor (Faringdon) £20–£30 per hour | Flexible Hours Are you passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEMH Tutor based in Faringdon to provide tailored, one-to-one or small group tuition for students requiring extra support. About the Role Deliver high-quality tuition to students with SEMH needs, such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and low confidence. Assess, plan, and deliver personalised schemes of work to meet individual learning goals. Build positive relationships and provide a nurturing, supportive learning environment. Encourage students to develop their confidence and achieve their potential. Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a minimum of 3 years’ tutoring experience. Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs (anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence). Strong assessment and planning skills. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit individual learners. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain). What We Offer £20–£30 per hour (dependent on experience). Flexible working hours.
